yes, if you log out you will have to log in... but thats only if you have to log out. If you use another computer then you may not have to log out at all, because the site recognizes your computer address as 'you' and keeps you logged in as long as you access it with the same computer.

Does that make any sense?

first make sure its okay with their parent. I hope you've been immune, but there are some innapropriate images displayed on here... lots of artistic and not-so-artistic nudes for example. If your friend's parent trusts s/him to stay out of trouble, then all you have to do would be to log out of your name then look up at the top of the screen to where it says "Become a deviant" and that will walk you through the process of joining.
